ABGSHIPNOW Return Policy

Q: What is your return policy?

A: ABGSHIPNOW authorizes return requests up to 30 days from the date of delivery providing the material is not on our "non-returnable" list and is in new sellable condition. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for products that must ship LTL carrier, unless the product is exchanged. A 50% fee will apply if any returned product(s) arrive back to us damaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return freight/shipping, though you may request that we arrange pick up at our freight rate, which would simply be deducted from your refund.

ABGSHIPNOW cannot accept returns, or provide a refund for the following

• Shower doors and kits that include a shower door
• Products custom made
• Products without original box/carton(s)
• Special-order products not listed in our catalog or on our site, (unless approved by ABGSHIPNOW upon quotation)
• Products that have been altered, installed or show signs of installation or use, (i.e. markings, scratches, putty, caulk, etc.)

Q: What is your damage policy?
A: Please thoroughly inspect your product(s) and packaging within 7 actual days from the delivery date. Report to us, any damage you find during inspection, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund to you, whichever you may prefer. Replacement/refund is unable to be provided if damage is reported past 7 actual days from the delivery date. Defects and missing parts can be reported to us within 90 days from the delivery date and we will provide instruction for resolution.

Q: Where is my refund?
A: Allow 7-10 business days from the date you ship the item for your package to arrive back to us. Within 48 business hours of the return delivery, we will inspect the product(s), and process your refund. We will send you E-Mail confirmation at this time, verifying your return was received and processed. From there your financial institution will credit your card within 2-10 business days.
